The Circle is defined not only by who enters, but by how those within conduct themselves.
These principles are not imposed, they are understood.
What is shared within the Circle remains within it.
Conversations, identities and experiences are treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Trust is the foundation upon which all else is built.
Members are exspected to carry themselves with respect and composure at all times.
Differences in perspective are welcomed but never at the expense of dignity or civility. Presence within the Circle reflects not only the individual, but the collective.
Attendance is intentional.
When present, members are engages mentally and socially. The value of each gathering is shaped by the contribution of those within it.
Established customs are observed without the need for explanation.
They exist not as formality, but as continuity linking past, present and future members through shared experiences.
No member seeks recognition through association with the Circle.
External discussion, representative, or disclosure whether direct or implied is approached with caution and restraint.
Membership carries both privilege and responsibility.
Actions, both within and beyond the circle, are expected to reflect sound judgment and personal accountability.
The Circle is built for a moment, but for endurance.
Each member contributes to something that extends beyond individual presence, ensuring its strength for those who follow.
They are upheld by those who understand their importance.
Failure to align with them is not corrected, it is simply not continued.
